The restoration plan is to have the car finished in Old English White with a red leather interior (as per the original specification listed on the BMI Heritage Certificate). New chrome work is in the process of being fitted, as well as various components in the engine bay (fuel system, braking system etc). Vehicle appraised by BCA with a value of 27000 - appraisal available. With the body and chassis fitted together, all panels have been fitted with new fitting kits and beadings. This Triumph TR3A from 1960 is in perfect condition. All the suspension has been rebuilt, with upgraded polybushes and coil springs, as well as new shock absorbers, brake calipers/discs/pads/hoses/pipes, as well as all new nuts and bolts. The chassis was blasted, primed and painted in 2 pack Chassis Black. It has been etch primed, primed and fully resprayed in Old English White. The car has been stripped right back to bare metal and coated in Jenolite (acid rust eater). It has recently been imported back and is now undergoing a full nut-and-bolt restoration.
